The Pirates of the Caribbean series is very popular and has a lot of theater sales. Dead Men Tell No Tales had an estimated budget of $250 Million. That is a very large budget – even for a movie. But… the Pirates of the Caribbean movies make a lot of money. The worldwide gross theater sales just for Dead Men Tell No Tales was an incredible $795 Million. That is a lot of ticket sales!
