I have tried repeatedly to fill out the form on the Roku site to get the HDMI extender to solve my connectivity issues. It tells me that the SN is wrong even though I copied and pasted the SN from my account information on their site. Roku’s customer service is abysmal if their posted articles aren’t helpful.

i finally found my issue with my 3800x roku was the 4 inch extension cable. removed it and went from 4mbs to 27mbs. i have 30/30 internet. hope this helps someone

You need at least a 5ft extender if you have a wall mount 65″ or greater screen to get away from the additional heat. Also to hide the crap attached. So, another $10 bucks vs. the 4″ free Roku HDMI cord. I only use it for NHL not available except with Roku stick, no app for 2019 built in streaming yet, at least thru my tv add apps.
