Anthony Bourdain’s Books

Bourdain was an accomplished chef and was recognized for his New Yorker article Don’t Eat Before Reading This. And Bourdain later found media fame with the publication of his book Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly (2000). Bourdain went on to write several other books including the New York Time’s Bestsellers A Cook’s Tour (2001), The Nasty Bits (2006), and Medium Raw (2010).
